From Ultraman Z, this is a listing for the Ultra Z Riser MEMORIAL EDITION, the DX Z Holder, and 23 Ultra Medals.

The Ultra Medals include the DX Alpha Edge set (Leo Medal missing), Beta Smash set, and Delta Rise Claw set, which are not included in the Memorial Edition.

As a bonus, Ultraman Blazar's Blazer Stone Set 1 & 2 are also included.

The Z Riser is missing 3 Ultra Access Cards and the Alpha Edge Medal. It does not have a box.

Since the DX access cards are included, you can still play with the transformation in Haruki mode.

Operation has been confirmed with 3 AAA batteries.
The instruction manual is a web manual, so you can find out how to play on Bandai's website.

The Z Holder does not have any noticeable scratches or stains, but please be aware that there may be small paint剥がれ (peeling).
